Actor Park Yoochun executed a believable performance for an emotional scene, creating a stoic atmosphere on set.

In MBC’s drama “Miss Ripley,” Park Yoochun plays Song Yoo Hyun a conglomerate heir. In the 5th episode of the drama to be aired on 13 June, Park Yoochun, who has been putting in great effort into his acting, will incite tears from the audiences with his emotional performance when his character cries during a visit to his birth mother’s grave. Playing the role of Park Yoochun’s birth mother will be special guest star Yang Mi Kyeong.
Song Yoo Hyun is currently getting along well with his step-mother, but continues to hold his “mother who passed away when he was a child” close to his heart. Song Yoo Hyun carries a bouquet of flowers to his birth mother’s grave, and reminisces about the happy times he had with his mother as a child.
The staff on set said, “Park Yoochun’s crying scene was done with deep emotions, and this created a very stoic feeling in the set atmosphere,” giving him high marks on his “crying” performance.
According to this staff, Park Yoochun first immersed himself in the emotions before starting the actual shoot, and managed to complete the crying scene without NGs, earning an OK signal from the director.
In “Miss Ripley,” Jang Myeong Hoon and Song Yoo Hyun will be facing off due to the crisis in hotel management created by Jang Miri’s lies. Also, the Jang Miri – Jang Myeong Hoon – Song Yoo Hyun love triangle is highly anticipated by the viewers.
