110319 Vocal Trainer Jung Won-sun on TVXQ Members, “There was fighting spirit in their eyes”

Vocal trainer Jung Won-sun is known to be vocal trainer of most successful idols these days.

During the broadcast of ‘Taxi Talkshow’ on the 17th at cable channel tvN, Jung Won-sun guested the show along another vocal trainer Park Sun-joo. Jung Won-sun mentioned that he ever became vocal trainer of some names such as male group TVXQ, Super Junior, and Taeyeon from girl group SNSD.

He then recalled his experience of becoming vocal trainer during the trainee days of those idol group members currently in peak of popularity. “Super Junior Lee Teuk and Shindong-i were the naughty ones.” he confessed. “Just when we started practicing, Lee Teuk had habit to occasionally go to the restroom. While Shindong, he loved to joke around while they were supposed to sing a sad song. That makes the practice went even more difficult.”

In the other hand, when he talked about SNSD’s Taeyeon, “When I first met Taeyeon, she was only a 2 grader in middle school. She had her lesson with me once a week, but her ability to concentrate was already superior comparing to her peers at the same age. Once she trained, you wouldn’t see the image of a kid in her eyes. I always believe that this child will become something one day.”

Furthermore when Jung Won-sun revealed his first impression of TVXQ members, “I’d noticed that they’d been Lee Soo Man’s favorite, but the members themselves, they had this kind of hunger (of practicing) that couldn’t be cut off, there was fighting spirit in their eyes.” as he recalled the unforgettable experience.
