YC: Hello I’m Yoochun [Thai]
JJ: Hello this is Jaejoong [Thai]
JS: Hello my name is Junsu [Thai]

Q: Jaejoong please talk about your new role for the 1st time as the concert director? What have you already prepared?
JJ: I’m very excited because this is my first directing stage and I had quite high expectations for this. Both the staff and I intend to make it succeed and I’d like the fans to see all my efforts and intentions.
Q: Thailand is the 1st country that JYJ starts the world tour concert. Could you please talk about the enormity and the special surprises that you have prepared for Thai fans?
JJ: We’ve prepared 4 new songs which were composed and produced by ourselves [T/N Junsu was lifting up the Microphone for Jaejoong] for Thai fans. It’s very meaningful to us.
JS: We will sing them for the 1st time in Thailand. So it’s very special and meaningful.

Q: Have you learned new Thai words? Please say something
JJ *hands the microphone to YC*
YC *looks at JS*
JJ *hands the microphone to JS*
JS: I will love coconut [Thai]

[See YC's reaction LOL]

Q: What is JYJ future plan for the fans to be cheerful about? (regarding works/activities)
JJ: We’d really like to answer you but it really can’t be revealed right now.
YC:
because we have prepared it as a surprise to the fans.

Q: Anything you’d like to tell to Thai fans?
YC: This is the beginning of JYJ World Tour concert which has started in Thailand and after this we’re not sure which country is next because we will go back to Korea first. Jaejoong has been responsible for being the director and also composed new type of songs so we must be prepared for the new album.
JS: This is the 1st stage in Thailand. The staff and all of us are very excited and we will try our very best. I’d like to thank to the fans who came to the concert and have waited for us this long. From now off we will try to be the JYJ that the fans accept and want us to be. Thank you very much.

[Look at JJ+YC expression toward JS XD]

Q: Have you had any time to do what you wanted to?
JS: I have done some, but what I really wanted to do but couldn’t is to walk along the streets in Bangkok eating BBQ pork just like Thai people.
YC: When we were together, we’d like to joke that we wished to have a house in Thailand.
JS: If I had a house in Thailand, I’d grow coconut trees in my house so that I could eat coconut every day.  JJ: I came to Thailand early that other members to do what I wanted to, but there’s one staff that told me if I’ve already done everything, then I don’t have to come back to Thailand anymore. So I’m going to leave something here, so that I can come back to Thailand again. I’ve already planned out what I would do if I get the chance to come back to Thailand next time.

JYJ: Thank you, this is JYJ [Thai]

110405 Exclusive Interview – JYJ Bangkok Concert: Part 3 Park Yoochun Feels Fortunate To Be Able To Sing JYJ’s Songs

Idol group JYJ held the first performance of their World Tour in Bangkok, Thailand, from 2 to 3 April.

The 2-day concert attracted more than 22 000 fans, and JYJ put in all their effort to perform ‘Song Without a Name Part 1’, which was recorded in JYJ Music Essay, as well as 4 other new songs, bringing happiness to the listening fans. Kim Jaejoong took up the role of Concert Director, attending personally to everything from stage design, sound to performance costumes, presenting an even more elaborate stage to the fans. With Thailand as the first stop, JYJ will continue their World Tour next in Taiwan on the 23rd, then on to Beijing on 7th of May, before moving onto 4 cities in North America and then wrapping up in Korea on the 11th and 12th of June in Busan, finishing the 8-months-long promotional activities of their worldwide album, “The Beginning”.

What the members learnt from Director Kim

“At first we called him Assistant Director Kim, but later on we wanted to call him Director Kim, so this became our nickname for him”. Park Yoochun and Kim Junsu’s praises made Kim Jaejoong feel embarrassed, which he expressed, “Because this is the first time I’m challenging (to be a concert director), I feel excited but also nervous, and through this chance I have learnt a lot. If the stage is not directed well singers performing will encounter huge barriers, and though the scale is smaller and not as large as our concerts when we were newcomers, we knew there were many details and areas that still require a lot of preparation.” When reporters asked if everyone is satisfied with this concert, Jaejoong stole a glance at Yoochun and Junsu before answering, “Everyone should be quite satisfied”.

Director Kim: Only cares about directing, and not singing and dancing?

Yoochun, as though he suddenly thought of something, was laughing to himself at a corner. Only when everyone was looking at him with curious eyes, did he open his mouth to say, “Jaejoong hyung was very hardworking as a director, but as a singer…”, laughing out loud before he finished his sentence. Upon hearing Yoochun, Jaejoong smiled and expressed, “There are many things to do as a director, such as going to the raw materials market for the costumes, as well as being responsible for stage design, so there isn’t any more energy left”, honestly revealing, “If everything was not standardised, there would be unhappiness, and I will not be able to sing properly, that is why I did not have more energy to care about performing. On the first day of the concert, I did not change my costume during the time I was supposed to, as I only cared about the set list and the stage”.

A satisfying performance, thanks to Jaejoong Hyung

In order to present a perfect stage, Director Kim flew to Thailand alone 2 weeks before the concert to prepare, and his passion and hard work were finally translated into his members’ satisfaction.

Yoochun: “I was really satisfied after it ended, because everyone was tight for time but still had to prepare for such a large-scale concert, therefore there will definitely be lacking areas, and since this is the first concert, there was unease and a lack of confidence. But all thanks to Jaejoong hyung, the level of completion was rather high.”

Junsu: “Due to my musical and Yoochun’s drama, we could only depend on Jaejoong hyung to organize (this concert), he must have been under a lot of stress and felt a strong sense of urgency. I am very thankful to him, because he prepared such a stage with the pre-knowledge of what a singer needs, and that is why we could stand on stage with the most comfortable and stable state of mind. It was really good.”

Jaejoong: “Compared to very elaborate concerts, I went with the feeling of ‘Hoping everyone would appreciate our own stage and songs’ to design the stage, and put in a lot of effort to completely showcase a concert that JYJ could present, that JYJ was best in, and I hope everyone would like it.”

A stage with only JYJ’s songs

Yoochun: “We were very happy to have songs enough for a concert, which means we could use our own songs to hold a concert. We wanted to leave a deep impression on everyone through our JYJ World Tour, so we worked very hard to not let everyone see our lacking areas, and to present our most perfect condition. Although we experienced quite a big barrier, but through the concert, I understood the standard I was at, which line I was standing on, and to me this has a huge meaning. At the same time, we were also given the chance to grow.”

110407 JYJ Begins World Concert Tour

Kim Jae Joong presented his own song he wrote himself on the stage where he had prepared as a stage director. A daughter of Thailand’s prime minister attended as an audience member.

As JYJ (Kim Jae Joong, Park Yoo Chun, and Kim Jun Soo) began singing their song entitled “Be My Girl,” around 11,000 audience members stood up from their seats as if they had promised to do so in advance. Fans enthusiastically provided a flash mob performance by dancing along to the song together. This happened during the first performance that was held as a part of the “JYJ World Tour Concert 2011″ at Bangkok Impact Arena on April 3.

Kim Jae Joong worked as a chief director for stage preparation, and the group sang 80 percent of their songs that had been released from last year under the name of the JYJ including the album “The Beginning,” music essay album “Their Rooms,” and four new songs. During the world concert tour, they will sing their own songs on a stage prepared by themselves, which is very unique to an idol group, and they are expected to make a large impact on their fans overseas.

Their performance was splendid. They made a large square stage where the audience could take seats inside four small squares. When the audience made a wave of red luminous light with cheering tools, a strong green laser beam soared into the air, and members of JYJ suddenly appeared on the stage by jumping from below the stage. The audience gave a thunderous shout and their cheering sound lasted for two hours from the moment when JYJ sang their first song “Empty” to the end of the show. Members sang the songs “Nine” and “Pierrot” consecutively, and made their first introductory remarks in Thai, saying “Hello.” They expressed their resolution during the concert that they would do their best, and they enthusiastically continued their performance. When the audience members responded to their greeting remarks, the stage with the name of “Fallen Leaves” suddenly changed to yellow due to the yellow cheering tools that the audience members were holding. When the group sang their song, the audience members all sang along to the song together. In addition, Kim Jae Joong sang Thailand’s national children’s song entitled “Elephant Song” in Thai as he had already promised to sing in Thai during their last showcase in Thailand, the audience gave a loud ovation for his song sung in Thai. The audience was enraptured when JYJ sang the song “Untitled Song Part.1” that was released for the first time in a live performance.

The lyrics of the song contained their feelings that the group members had when they decided to debut again as JYJ. Park Yoo Chun fired off raps for almost eight minutes while lying on a couch and the audience responded with thunderous applause. Kim Jae Joong presented a sexy dance performance with female dancers when he sang the song “Still in Love” as his solo performance. Kim Jun Soo showed off his manly charms while singing the song entitled “I Can Soar” in sleeveless shirts. The highlight of the concert was when the group members sang their own songs that were released for the first time in front of their fans. Those four songs “Boy’s Letter,” ”You’re,” ”Get Out,” and “In Heaven” that group members participated in producing as lyric writers and composers were sung at the end of the concert and during encore performances. In particular, when JYJ sang the pop dance song “Get Out” that was composed by Kim Jae Joong, the entire audience stood up and danced along to the cheerful rhythm of the song, which made the concert hall appear as a grand-scale club. JYJ members performed even more enthusiastically than before as if they had felt the importance of the performances during the difficult moment they had to go through. After they finished their performances, the audience members did not stop chanting the name “JYJ.”

One of their fans in Thailand named Supumnya (36) said, “I have listened to K-POP for the last ten years, and I think that JYJ is the best among the Korean singing groups because they can produce their own songs.” Another fan from Japan named Saito Asako (33) said, “I could see how Kim Jae Joong had directed the stage preparation and I think that today’s stage was made based on his thorough understanding of their fans.”

Many local companies in Thailand such as Fanta and Siam Paragon participated as sponsors for JYJ’s concert tour in Thailand. A staff member from Thailand named Julalak Mahabunpacai (23) said, “As many fans from abroad would attend the concert as audience members, seven Thai companies competitively participated in supporting the concert. There were also around 40 news reporters from Thailand, Japan, Singapore, China, and Hong Kong to cover the news of JYJ’s concert, and they were all in a great frenzy to get the story.” A total of 22,000 audience members including 20 entertainers in Thailand and a daughter of the prime minister of Thailand participated in the two-days concert in Thailand from April 2 to 3.

JYJ will continue their concert tour by holding performances in a total of eight cities: Taipei, Taiwan on April 23; Beijing, China on May 7; Los Angeles, New York, San Francisco, and Vancouver in May and June; and Busan in Korea on June 11 and 12.

JYJ Setting Off for the World Tour: “We Do Not Regret It.”

JYJ Setting Off for the World Tour: “We Do Not Regret It.”

Bangkok Concert with Jaejoong as Executive Director Receives Large Response; Plans Tour of Taiwan, China, and North America in April through June.

Anyway, we suffered but working hard and life is good.
Despite someone’s torments, we try to really smile.

Our efforts are certainly not as a commodity
As a human being, the day I die
I don’t want regrets– to that is our efforts.

Yes, in the end, JYJ.

They poured out the rap as if they were pulling out the lumps from inside. The audience numbering around 11,000 and filling Bangkok, Thailand’s Impact Arena on the 3rd answered JYJ’s cries with a heated roar. On the inaugurating stage of the JYJ World Tour, JYJ for the first time showed off the live version of the Nameless Song, Part 1. As a song included in the Music Essay “Their Rooms” which was released in January, the lyrics which describe the process through which Jaejoong, Yoochun, and Junsu stepped out from TVXQ to form JYJ gathered attention.

The uber-large stage that claimed the entirety of the (concert venue) floor was formed in the shape of the Chinese character Field (田). The small squares within the large square were filled to the brim by the audience. The three members who went and travelled all over the lines of the Field to sing and dance could be seen up close not only by the audience on the floor level but also on the second and third levels. When they sang the audience also sang, and when they danced the audience also danced. The border between the stage and the seats seemed thinner than a single sheet of paper.
This day’s performance was directed in its entirety by Jaejoong. In November of last year, he had stepped a bit into the world of directing the stage by taking on the function of tuning the (communications and the workings) of the multi-national staff from Korea, the US, and Japan for the Seoul Jamshil Olympic Competition Arena Concert. This time, he had pulled up his sleeves to lead. On top of (taking care of) the stage, sound, video, lights, and choreography, Jaejoong put his attention to even the minutiae— for instance, he himself picked the fabric of the stage costumes from Dong Dae Moon Market. The other members called such Jaejoong “Kim Director.”

“Until now, there were not many among the directorial staff who could know well the minds (and thoughts) of the singer. To merely create the stage and to command that the singer “follow the directions that I’ve created” is not the answer from the perspective of the singer. The ideal dream is that the direction adjusts to the singer and the singer adjusts to the direction to create one performance. Although today’s stage is definitely not on the final level of actualization (of that ideal), I feel satisfied to see the members sing with a reassured and confident heart.

On these words by Jaejoong, the other two members nodded. Yoochun said: “I felt more confident than in any other concert.” Junsu said: “I think I went on the stage with a heart that was more reassured than on any other occasion. I am so very thankful to Jaejoong Hyung.”

With the Thailand performance on the 2nd and 3rd as the start, JYJ will continue the tour with the Taiwan performance on April 23 and the Beijing, China performance on May 7th. Furthermore, after finishing the North American Tour that will visit four or more cities in the US and Canada, JYJ will finish off its big run with the Pusan performance on June 11th and 12th. This World Tour is the last stop and the highlight which wraps up the activities of “The Beginning,” their first World Wide Album that was released in October of last year.

Junsu, looking back at the past few months in which they had struggled alone against the difficult circumstances involving the blocking of their TV appearances and the like, said:  “That although we received a song from Kanye West for our album, no one knows this fact except us and our fans; That although our album was #5 in the “Albums of this Year” (list) that Billboard readers picked last year, no one knows this fact but us; that we were not able to show (to the Korean audience) this album on a Korean stage. On these points I feel regretful. These are mountains we need to climb in the future. I feel that we’ve all become more solid. Today’s performance, too, was only possible because our members trusted and depended on each other. I am lucky to have met such members.

Interview with JYJ: Thailand Concert– the Concert in which We Felt the Most Comfortable

The following is the Question and Answer Session with the members of JYJ.

Q: How do you feel after the kick-off concert yesterday?

Yoochun: After it was finished I felt satisfied. During the preparation of the concert there were some parts that were lacking due to my schedule and I did not feel very confident. Normally when there arises occasions which are wanting you feel anxious because you know that such mistakes will happen. Yesterday, however, there were of course mistakes but I think it was a concert that had a high degree of completion.

Junsu: I wish that we had more room time-wise and on that I feel regretful. Because I had been doing musicals and had been preparing for many things there was some stress and I felt pressured. Even though the duration of the preparation was not long, because I had discussed a lot with Jaejoong Hyung on the phone as he prepared for the directing of the tour, and because I had such direct conversation (with the director himself), I rose to the stage with the full understanding of the concert at large. Because I did that, I felt so comfortable. If I recall my memories of kickoff concerts, this was the concert in which I felt the most reassured and comfortable. Among our kickoff performances, this was the best.

Q: How do you feel after having finished the first concert in Thailand as a director?

Jaejoong: I feel moved anew and because this was my first challenge as a director my heart fluttered and I felt tense. Because this was the first time I was in charge of directing I also learned very much. It was also a chance to experience firsthand the agony and the hardship of the directorial staff and other staff. In terms of scale, it is probably smaller than when we were debuting. But I tried hard to reinforce the aspects which, I felt, were uncomfortable for singers. I think one can tell that “he prepared quite hard.” The members themselves were satisfied.

Q: Was there a particular background or something that prompted you to take charge of directing?

Jaejoong: Until now many people took charge of directing the stage but I feel that there weren’t people who knew the best the mind of the singer. The (typical)  method was to set the stage and then to tell (the singer) to “follow,” and I thought that such was not the answer. I thought the stage in which the singer and the director adjust to each other was the ideal one, and I wanted to make such a stage. It is not yet on the final level of actualization (of that ideal), but I think that it was a satisfying stage.

Q: How do the other members feel about Jaejoong’s directing the stage?

Yoochun: I totally love it. Even when I just heard that he will take on the role of the executive director I thought that “if it is Jaejoong Hyung he will surely do well.” He himself prepared all of the stages (of directing)– the songs, the singing, the choreography.

Junsu: Jaejoong prepared everything himself—even the fabric of the outfits. Actually, if you stand on the stage, there are some aspects which only those who stand on the stage themselves can feel. Jaejoong Hyung knew well the know-how that he had felt so I felt comfortable. He had always been very interested in such directing and therefore had a nickname as “Kim Direct,” and this time he really became Kim Director.

Q: Are there episodes that happened in the preparation of this concert?

Yoochun: In fact there was one yesterday. Because Jaejoong was paying attention to his role as director he couldn’t pay attention to his role as a singer. *laugh*

Junsu: When you change the outfit and there is a minute you should prepare your performance, but he was thinking only of the stage directing. “The light was wrong in this way,” and such—he paid attention to only those things.

Jaejoong: In truth, because of the detailed aspects of the stage I wasn’t able to pay attention to the songs and the dances (as much as I would have liked). Because I was the director the range of the areas that I needed to do was wide. The design of the outfits and such aspects, I have to pay attention obviously. But because the mixing, writing of the songs, and the composition of the songs, each of them, were not up to my liking I paid even more attention to them, and it is also true that there was no room in terms of time.

Q: Was there something that prompted Thailand to be the start of the World Tour?

Jaejoong: There is no particular reason. For any country (in which we had performed) there are memories of its own.

Q: In the concert you show off four new songs. What kind of songs are they?

Jaejoong: Among the new songs, Yoochun and I wrote together the lyrics of ‘Get Out.’ ‘Get Out’ means ‘Piss off’ in Korean and the lyrics occurred (to us) while I was working in Yoochun’s house. The lyrics are very direct. I see right in front of my eyes the scene of love between the person I love and another man, and I put the words that I want to say to those two. The listener first gets the feeling that the song may be a ballad but then it goes to a high tempo dance beat. It is an upbeat, fun song.

Yoochun: ‘In Heaven’ is extremely moving and the harmony of the three members is very good. The lyrics are meant to be sent to a girlfriend who has died and is in heaven—it is a song with sad lyrics.

Q: The meaning of the current ‘World Tour’?

Jaejoong: Because over 80% of the songs of the concert are songs in which the members themselves participated to create, there is much meaning. If we are looking at just the performance itself, it is not a fancy one that has been created with immense investment of funds. I wanted to show the other side of JYJ’s appeal to the fans. I didn’t do any work that was meant to disperse the sight. I tried to create a stage in which one could concentrate on the songs, in which we could become closer to the fans.

Yoochun: It is JYJ’s first tour abroad. The pride at the fact that ‘now we have enough songs that allow for a concert’ came to me first. I want to leave a strong impression unique to three of us to many fans and also want to show us as competent. I think this concert is going to be one in which I can evaluate for myself—‘I myself am currently at x stage (of life/career) and can go and reach x.’ I think this will be an opportunity for us to grow as artists.

Q: Things that were disappointing or felt difficult while you were preparing for the World Wide Album that was released in October of last year or the showcases abroad last year?

Jaejoong: It was very difficult. That we did not have enough time and the situation that existed were so difficult that it drove one insane. If we can be said to have done the work of putting on the spoon on a set table, this time it was the work of creating something with the staff—it was the first time that we were attempting those things and the process of such creation was difficult. Because the staff and the members did their best I think we have done well so far. There must be many more stages (of these processes) left but I don’t care if the future is even more difficult.

Junsu: What was great about ‘World Wide Album’ was that we went outside of Asia. LA, New York… those American regions were a first for us. Even though the album itself is not even released officially in the United States, it became #5 in Billboard’s Album of the Year and I think that is a big achievement. I felt happy.

But if there is a regret, it is the fact that no one knows of these feats except for us. We received a song from the world-renowned artist Kanye West and released an album, but so many people who were not fans were unaware. We feel confident about the quality of the album but it was regretful that we could not show those good songs on stages of Korea. I think that these aspects are mountains that we will need to climb in the future. We will do our best.

110323 JYJ's World Tour, Kim Jaejoong Says, "We'll Provide An Electrifying Experience"

Group JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) have chosen 'Creative challenge' as the concept for their 'JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011' that begins in Bangkok on April 2nd and are currently preparing for their first performance.

CEO Baek Chang Joo of C-JeS Entertainment stated, "With ten days left till the beginning of their world tour that spans across nine cities around the world, the members of JYJ are currently working on perfecting their performances by putting the finishing touches on new pieces and practicing choreography," and "It will be a large-scale project with a performance comprised of 23 songs."

The 'JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011' has become a hot topic as Kim Jaejoong has stepped up to act as the director.

Since last month, Kim Jaejoong has been holding meetings with lighting, sound, stage and video staff and conferences with choreographers, stylists and props staff in order to discuss the details of the concert.

Under the concept 'creative challenge', he has been engrossed in his work to create a concert where the members are able to approach the fans at a closer distance and communicate with them.

Kim Jaejoong looked determined as he said, "I want to provide fans who love JYJ's music with an electrifying experience that lasts 120 minutes. I chose such a concept to show that our grand voyage of a world tour will continue on regardless of any change around us," and "We will use the cross-shaped stage to its maximum potential to be closer with the audience, and we'll create an enthralling performance where each song has a special element of direction that all comes together at the end."

JYJ will add four new songs to their world tour. Most of the performance will be comprised of songs the members themselves have composed and written lyrics for, including all the songs in their 'JYJ Music Essay', and the concert plans to showcase JYJ as Asia's representative performance-based singer-song writers.

The 'JYJ World Tour Concert in 2011' will begin in Bangkok, Thailand on the 2nd of April and will go across Asia to the US and Canada, and will hold its finale in Korea.

110323 Jaejoong Press Conference On Bang Channel

from 0.00-5.45

Male MC:… now he’s preparing for a huge concert – a JYJ concert which Jaejoong himself will be responsible for both directing and producing. Absolutely amazing, huh? What was he talking about today? Let’s all watch it together. Here’s Jaejoong.

Kung: Greetings to all the press/reporters who come today. I would like to thank you all for coming. The reason that Jaejoong came here early is because he’s the concert director. He feels that he wants to create a world tour concert, with Thailand as the first starting-off country, as best as he possibly can. He also wants to set up this ‘routine’ – other countries after Thailand will be [visited] in exactly the same manner. That’s why he came here early.

Female MC: Mr. Kung, you’ve been working with Jaejoong for the past three days, what is he like?

Kung: He’s extremely hard-working. Shortly after his arrival, he immediately went to the venue [Impact Arena - at which the concert will be held]. I was shocked – he already had a laptop in his hands. He even practiced dancing on stage and practiced how to meet with fans [in the front] – what he could do to make it be the best show possible. We have meetings with the executives almost every day.

Female MC: Jaejoong, will you please say a few words to greet the press/reporters as well as Thai fans?

JJ: Sawaddeekrub [T/N: which means 'hello' in Thai], sawaddeekrub!

Female MC: Would you tell us a bit about your visit here as a concert director? Why are you interested in this line of work?

JJ: I’m a concert director for the first time in Thailand. I’m excited and feel that this is an important task for me.

Female MC: You’ve already seen the venue, Impact Arena. How was it?

JJ: At first, it was just an empty space when I saw it. I could imagine where the fans should be sitting – where they would want to sit and how close with me would they want to be. I tried to create a picture of everything from my experiences.

Female MC: As for JYJ, will there be other surprises or changes made [to the concert]?

JJ: Talking about surprises, my team has prepared 4 new songs. I guess these 4 new songs could be considered a surprise.

Female MC: Last but not least, please encourage JYJ fans to go to the concert, Jaejoong.

JJ: After the showcase, this is the first show that we’re going to produce by ourselves. We’re very proud of it and I think that it’s going to turn out well. I want to tell all the fans that I’m sorry to not have been able to see you guys more often. This time, I will be the one directing this concert, so that I can be closer [more intimate] with fans. I want to perform in the concert along side all the fans as well.

Female MC: Any last word you want to say to Thai fans, Jaejoong?

JJ: Even though your seating arrangement may be different – nearer or further away, we’re planning this concert in the hope that all the fans would be equally entertained. I want all the fans to come and see this concert – to be happy and have lots of fun with it. We’re also going to try as hard as we can.

Female MC: Mr. Kung, will you please say a few words to the fans who want to go and see this concert?

Kung: Like I’ve said before, this is a very special opportunity for Thai fans because Thailand is the starting-off country for the entire world tour concerts. We would be the first country to be able to see the concert that Jaejoong himself will be directing. He takes the time to comtemplate how he could please all the fans [of all areas in the concert]. He planned to walk everywhere [in the concert hall] to be as close with the fans as possible.

110324 Jaejoong Press Conference in Bangkok on Kan Park Show

Hello please take care of me. This is the 1st concert that I have a chance to be the director in Thailand. I’m very excited with this important task

Yes I like elephant. The very 1st time when I was asked what I liked about Thailand. I think ‘elephant’ is like Thai symbol so I just answered “Elephant” after that the fans started to give me lots of elephant presents. Then I’ve started to collect and really love the elephants. I’d really love to ride an elephant.

I remember I promised to sing an elephant song (Chang Song) I’m practicing that very hard, even harder than being the director for this concert

The reason why I’m wearing this pink wristband is because I’ve seen Thai fans wear it then I know the meaning that it’s for the king. I love and respect Thai king too that’s why I wear this wrist band. I don’t normally take it off no matter what I do or where I go. When fans for other countries saw it, they started to wear it too but I don’t think they know the meaning of it, I’m glad they wear it anyway.

I really love Tom Yam Khoong, it smells so good and it seems healthy. I’m not that healthy so I must eat it a lot
