110607 JYJ Completes Two-Month Long World Tour,“Becomes True Artists”

JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu) visited Thailand, Taiwan, China in the Asian regions, followed by Vancouver, New Jersey, LA,  and San Jose, successfully completing their two-month long Worldwide Concert Tour.

JYJ signed a contract with world-class concert production company AEG Live, bringing new and exciting performances to the concert management. JYJ’s concerts held in Vancouver, New Jersey and LA were continued successes, and the final show was held in San Jose, ending the “JYJ Worldwide Tour Concert in 2011.”

At the performance in LA, not only were there Korean nationals, but fans from all nationalities coming for the performance. After the concert ended, the concert management personnel and fans expressed their satisfaction towards the performance.

Screen technician Kenneth Kasier said, “During the performance, I witnessed the way JYJ enjoyed the stage, and I felt that they were very professional. The members’ harmonization blended beautifully. Also, the atmosphere left a deep impression, and the feelings that JYJ showed were well-communicated to the audience”

Among the audience, Tara Wilson expressed her thoughts on the concert, “The atmosphere of Nokia Stadium (where the concert was held) was fantastic. I danced along to JYJ’s fast-paced songs, and had a great time with my mother.”

Also, on 3 June during their concert at the San Jose State University’s Event Center Arena, there was a surprise party prepared in celebration of Park Yoochun’s birthday. Overall concert producer Jeri Slaughter personally brought a cake onstage, and celebrated Yoochun’s birthday with the fans.

After the San Jose concert, JYJ said, “To the fans who attended our concerts held in various countries, we’re deeply thankful,” and “we’re very happy to meet with fans from all over the world, but to the Korean fans that we will be meeting with soon, we’re touched beyond words,” showing their anticipation towards the Korean concerts.

C-JeS’s representative Baek Chang Joo said, “By holding these concerts not just in Asia but in America as well, JYJ have become true artists. Unlike most Asian artists, they held concerts in the American region, and we’re really satisfied with the results.”

JYJ, who returned to Korea after their last concert in San Jose, will hold a charity concert on 7 June in Japan, followed by two days of concerts on 11-12 June at the Busan Sajik Indoor Gymnasium.

110604 INTERVIEW WITH TELISU

Q:After JYJ shows you knew a new world about asian fans , cassies and Bigeasts . what the most diference between asian fans and western fans ?
!. I love the dedication that asian fans display. It's unsurpassed. It's unlike anything I've ever experienced before. Asian fans take an ownership with artists that western fans don't exemplify.

Q:You are an excellent dancer .How was to interact with JYJ while on the stage ? Any chance to get on the stage again with them ?
3. Awe, thank you so much. That means a lot to me. Being on stage in general so sacred; intimate. Everyone's childhood dreams come to fruition. You know how each person there struggled to get to that one moment. You want to give it your all to show the earth you're grateful and show respect to your fellow dreamer, and give the crowd a great show. In my heart I think the court issues the boys were/are unfortunately having makes every performance that much sweeter; precious. We give blood, sweat and tears for them and their sacrifices.

To say I am beyond excited to be dancing with JYJ again is an understatement. I prayed a little over 6 months (not that I was counting) that I would be able to get back on stage with them again. My heart ached when I watched the shows in April that I didn't get to participate in. It's been the best thing that has ever happened to me. I don't want it to end. (Laughing)

Q:can you talk about your future projects ?
4. I am so excited to launch my music. Since dancing with JYJ many doors have opened for me. I'm especially grateful to JAPAN because they were the first to enquire about my music back in December through my US representation and it sparked the recording my demo with amazing people like Interscope artist Freesol and with JYJ's "Ay Girl" producers. I was really scared at first to tell JYJ and everyone about my music because I didn't want to look disrespectful. I was terrified that I would be misunderstood and that it would appear my commitment to them had faltered. I did everything in my power to make sue they still knew my heart and that this happened to me because of them and their fandom. When the camp started to call me "Telisu" it made my heart melt. I knew they supported me and this transition. Everyone who's ever pursued a dream knows how hard it the road can be and every little piece of encouragement you can get is vital to that dreams survival so their support means the world.

Q:The most of JYJ ´s fans are female ^^. Do ya think they are jealous about you dancing together with the boys ?(laughs)
5. Yeah cause they make sure to tell me they hate me on twitter. LOLZ!! (trying to catch my breath laughing) No honestly and seriously the majority of the fans are so amazing to me and such a great display of girl-power. It's so rare that girls are cool or encouraging towards each other. I've become an extension of this international sister-hood. It's refreshing cause growing up I was bullied by girls so having them embrace me is special.

Q:I can imagine how many male fans you have but probably after JYJ´s shows you gained some new public of fans (the female) . Are you ok with this ?
6. More than ok with this! Ha, kidding. It's part of the territory. Wait did I misunderstand this question? Let's not ask this lol

Q:When we join in a new project it´s necessary to know the people who will work in .
people already noticed that you have a good interaction with JYJ (the boys are lovely haha)
but tell us who matches better with your personality in professional skills .
I can't single-out one person cause I think we are all a match. There's a piece of me in each of them. We are all competitive which fuels our rehearsals to have a great performance (FIGHTING!). We're serious about our crafts. We understand the importance of a great show. We want to give the audience our everything!!

Q:Can you reveal some curious and hilarious fact during JYJ tour ?
Our tour looks like its sponsored by mac and louis vuitton!! OMGS between the boys and the dancers; all the iPhones, iPods, iPads and bags, bags, and more bags!! And there is inner-cirlce iPad tourney of scrabble and soccer!!

! PING PONG TIME !

Describe with just one word :

•JaeJoong: EDWARD CULLEN
•Yuchun: LEE SUN JOON
•Junsu:DUCK BUTT
•family: EVERYTHING
•love:NECESSARY
•Dance: SPIRITUAL
•Friends: FAMILY

Some personal questions ^^
Please be free to answer them or not ^^
(exclusive for your fanboys)

Q:The male fans have some chance with you or Is Telisu in love ^^?I'm not married so there is still a chance. You keep asking about boys! Do you know something I don't? LOLZ.

Q:Describe your ideal type of man :
He has to be confident enough to match or teach me. He has to be obvious about his intensions because I'm a straight-forward person, not good with hints. Someone who can make me laugh and match my banter. A nice sense of style is a must for me cause I'm a visual person. Interests in art, fashion, music, culture, are plusses...but I would def double-take if he had lips like Yoo Ah In, Junsu's smile, or Top's voice BOOM!!!

Q:What the most important thing in a man to be your pair ?
I like a guy that lets me shine, who won't try to smother my light. In a relationship I think I'm a great half and would positively reflect him and I want the same regard. This type of care leads to other amazing things...

Q:Since TvxqPowerfulGods日本FanBlog is a blog dedicated to disclose the latest news
of JYJ and (Homin)Say something for our readers (TvxqPowerfulGods日本FanBlog).
Thank you (TvxqPowerfulGods日本FanBlog) for the unwavering support to JYJ and this new love for me. It really means so much to me to be part of this legacy. We can't do this without you!! Biggest xo BOOM!!

NOTE From Telisu :
Hi also the Japanese fans keep asking about what "Boom" means let's
tell them! Depending on how I use it Its my way of agreeing with
something, its like my "yeah" or "wow" but I like it mostly like it at
the end of my sentences for a little added pop BOOM

110530 ‘World Tour’ JYJ, “We Are Getting Stronger As More Time Passes”

JYJ, who started their two-month long worldwide tour in Bangkok, Thailand, revealed their thoughts on their remaining two performances.

Kim Jaejoong, who acted as the director for the Asia leg of the tour, stated, “I worked hard to make it a stage where the singers’ abilities are better showcased,” and “I worked especially hard on understanding each city’s incorporated culture and tried to find a way to communicate with each location’s fans in the most effective way possible. Because the ideas in my head came true at each performance, I was happy to share moving and electrifying moments with our fans and I’m thankful to all the people who came to watch our performances.”

Kim Junsu stated, “In our US performances, we’re working with the best teams in the world, people who have choreographed for Beyoncé and Christina Aguilera,” and “The best moments are when our dance team gives us thumbs-ups at the end of our performances and when the staff compliment our live skills and tell us we harmonize perfectly. As these staff members have worked with global pop stars, I feel as though their praises have more weight and meaning to them and it makes me happy because I can feel our potential through their words.

Park Yoochun said, “We are getting stronger as more time passes. I can feel that we are growing in a positive direction,” and “I feel such an overwhelming pride for our world tour, which becomes more structured and perfected as we perform more.”

JYJ will be completing the North American leg of their world tour in San Jose on June 3rd and will hold their grand finale in Busan on June 11th and 12th.

CEO Baek Chang Joo of C-JeS Entertainemnt stated, “The Busan concerts were completely sold out in 15 minutes after ticket reservations opened on Friday. For the domestic fans who have been waiting for JYJ, we have been positively considering additional encore performances.”

110530 JYJ discusses their growth as artists through their world tour

With just two more stops to go in their two month-long world tour, JYJ recently sat down with Star Today to reflect on their tour thus far.

Jaejoong, who’s also the director for their Asian tour, began, “I aimed to create a stage that allowed artists to express their full potential. I paid special attention to understanding the culture of every city we were performing in and to converse more directly with our fans there. It was extremely heartwarming to see my thoughts come alive at every concert through our fans, and it’s definitely a thrilling experience. I’m thankful for everyone who came to see us.”

Junsu continued, “Bravo! I love it when the crowd shouts that. We’re with the best choreography teams for our American stops. They’ve worked with stars like Beyonce and Christina Aguilera, so the happiest moment for me is when they gave us a thumbs up and when staff members praised our live’s harmony. Because our staff members have worked with world pop stars, I do weigh their opinions more heavily. I’m glad that they feel our potential.”

Yoochun added, “The more time passes, the stronger we’re getting. I can feel that we’re growing and moving towards a better direction. With every new concert that we complete, things start to come together and the level of perfection gets higher. This world tour makes my heart swell with pride.”

Jaejoong finally concluded, “The tracks that we composed for our world tour are receiving a lot of love, which makes me proud. We hope to grow as artists that continue to make great tracks under the name of JYJ, and hope to meet more fans across the globe.”

JYJ will be concluding their American tour in San Jose on June 3rd before concluding the tour altogether in Busan on the 11th and 12th.

2011 JYJ World Wide Tour in Los Angeles

The third stop of JYJ (Jaejoong, Yoochun, Junsu)’s World Tour in the U.S and Canada was held at the Nokia Theatre in Los Angeles, California. Although the concert wasn’t scheduled to start til 8PM, fans started entering the venue at 7PM. While the lower seating sections were mostly sold out, the view of the balcony was disappointing as many seats were left unoccupied. Regardless, the highly anticipated concert saw thousands of dedicated fans who traveled hundreds of miles to see the trio in flesh-and-blood. There were even fans who came from as far as Canada, claiming they did not get enough of the three stars at the concert’s first stop in Vancouver. The concert started 15 minutes later than planned, but fans displayed no sign of impatience as they excitedly chattered with one another while waiting.

At 8:15 PM (PST), the once dark stadium transformed into a roaring red ocean at the trigger of the music for “Empty“, the hit track from their global album “The Beginning.” The trio successfully hyped up the audience right from the beginning with the upbeat song, and executed the choreography perfectly in see through boxes. Junsu’s mesmerizing pelvic thrusts during the chorus was probably the best part of the performance. The music then transitioned into their self-composed and written songs, “I.D.S(I Deal Scenario)” and “Nine“. Right into the second song, the members were already sweating bullets, giving 110% of their energy into the performances.

JYJ then took a short break to interact with the fans. Yoochun, being the most fluent in English, lead the conversation by he asking the audience, “How’s everyone feeling?!” which was met with even louder screams from the crowd, if that was even possible. The boys then continued feeding into the extreme energies of the audience as they performed to “Pierrot” and then following up with a slow-paced track composed by Rodney Jerkins, “Be My Girl“, which displayed the sexy side of JYJ. The audience was greeted with a video showing footages from the photoshoot for their album, “The Beginning”, before the trio came out in new outfits for “Be the One” and “Ayyy Girl“. Yoochun kicked off the first solo performance of the night with “I Love You“, and caused screams of jealousy from his fans when he got a little more than intimate with his all female dancers.

Next up was a short ear piercing drum performance that sent a rush of excitement through the crowd, followed by the boys’ appearance which set the stage on fire, literally, for “Mission“. Junsu then showcased his strong vocal abilities with his solo, “I Can Soar,” while Jaejoong rounded up the solo performances afterwards with, “I Still Love You.” Again, both performances were met with all female dancers, causing more jealousy among the fans.

The dancers then came on to the stage to perform a special dance for the audience, buying time for JYJ to change outfits for their next song, “Chajatta(Found You).” As it was for their previous showcase in Los Angeles, the song was definitely a crowd pleaser. For the next two ballad songs, “Fallen Leaves” and “Boy’s Letter,” the trio sung their hearts out to the crowd. Their breathtaking voices blaring from the speakers was so overwhelming that fans halted their cheering and just listened in awe while trying to stop their tears from falling.

Changing the mood of the show, the music transitioned into a fun and upbeat remix of “Be My Girl”. Before the show had started, videos of the tutorial for the dance was played to encourage fans to dance during the song. Although the fans were not able to completely grasp the whole dance, they all tried their best and gave JYJ a fun flashmob to watch. The boys then departed from the stage, creating a feeling of emptiness in the room. Fans desperately began chanting “JYJ” over and over again for the next 5 minutes before JYJ reappeared to a remix of “Empty” that blasted from the speakers, but still couldn’t overpower the loud and clear fanchants from the crowd.

Afterwards, the trio left once again, acting as if the show had ended. Feeling their happiness being depleted, the fans started chanting “JYJ” even louder than before. Hearing the fans’ prayers, JYJ came out for the last song of the night, “In Heaven“. The beautiful melody accompanied by the breathtaking voices of the three members was the perfect song to end an unforgettable night.

I have witnessed JYJ live once before during their showcase in Los Angeles, but this concert easily topped it as one of the best events of my life. Words cannot describe this concert justice, it’s just something you have to be present for to understand how unbelievably amazing it really is. Seeing fans of both genders, and all ages, and ethnicity come together for the concert has made me realize that music is truly a universal language. While exiting the stadium, I overheard a conversation between two middle-age American men who regarded the concert as “absolutely amazing.” and I couldn’t agree with them more.

110527 JYJ’s Busan Concert Sells Out In Mere Minutes

Ticket reservations for JYJ(Kim Jaejoong, Park Yoochun, Kim Junsu)’s Busan Concert have ended in success.

The 16,000 seats of the ‘Busan Sajik Indoors Gymanisum’, reserved on June 11th and 12th for the ’2011 JYJ World Tour in Busan’ performances, were sold out in mere minutes since the opening of reservations at 8pm by Interpark.

Fans who were unable to get tickets for JYJ’s performance were seen sighing and voicing their misfortune. JYJ’s agency changed the date for ticket reservations numerous times, but fans had high expectations for the show nonetheless. This event proved once more just how popular JYJ is.

Fans who were unable to purchase tickets seemed to be in denial as they said, “How could the concert be sold out when the window wouldn’t even load ㅡㅡ The window should have at least loaded, geez”, “This makes me wonder if the Japanese really did buy seats in bulk ahead of everyone else and sold them at premium prices” and “The Sajik Gymnasium is so close to my house so I could have gone ㅜㅜ But I can’t because I couldn’t get tickets ㅜㅜ.”

On the 26th, JYJ’s agency released an official notice that stated, “We will postpone ticket reservations for a day due to certain circumstances related to the concert venue,” and “Director Jeri Slaughter has stated the need to change the seating arrangements so we ask for the understanding from fans.”

On the other hand, JYJ are said to have a Gwangju concert on the 26th of June and a Seoul concert(undecided) lined up.
