110909 Protect the Boss Ji Sung and Kim Jaejoong. Are They Really Enemies? Heart-Wrenching and Tender Scene.

Ji Sung gathered all eyes in revealing a distressed heart at the sight of his enemy-in-love Kim Jaejoong’s leaning on his shoulder.

On the SBS TV drama Protect the Boss that aired on the 8th, Ji Sung who could not hide his sorrowful heart while taking home Muwon who was intoxicated due to his wounds of losing his love.

Jihun and Muwon, who are successors to a chaebol estate and also cousins, are in the middle of a conflict of love over the secretary Eunsul. However, as Eunsul chose Jihun, Muwon had to endure deep wounds. He whose feelings for Eunsul was sincere expressed his ardent wish to Eunsul to remain friends at least, but the wounds of having his love declined was deep.

As such, Muwon drank with Nayun and became uncontrollably intoxicated. To dissuade him Jihun and Eunsul ran over. The person who came to take the intoxicated Muwon home was none other than Jihun. He gazed at Muwon, who had fallen asleep with his head softly on Jihun’s shoulder due to being intoxicated, with complicated feelings. Continuing, Jihun softly leaned his own head on the shoulder of Muwon whose head was leaning on his shoulder. Further, Jihun then said “I am sorry” with a gaze that shook and revealed his pained emotion for Muwon.

They are enemies who cannot give up Eunsul for the other, but it is that the weight of the time – since youth they had shared their lonely hearts in quarrelling and playing – could not be ignored. It is that this was a scene in which the relationship of Jihun and Muwon, who cannot hate each other genuinely despite fighting over love and over the right to control the corporation, was portrayed in a way that betrayed much meaning.

On the other hand, on this episode Kim Jaejoong sang a heartfelt song while missing Eunsul and Wang Jihye drew tender feelings and laughter with her comic tone-deaf acting and added to the interest of the drama.

110907 Protect The Boss Is Dubbed the ‘Best Domestic Brand Promoting Drama’

SBS’ popular Wednesday-Thursday drama ‘Protect the Boss’ has become a hot topic once more as it was dubbed the ‘Best domestic brand promoting drama’.

During the episode that aired on the 1st, Eun Seol (Choi Kang Hee) and Mu Won (Kim Jaejoong) were seen on a date and watching a movie together, and the movie they saw was none other than the Korean animation movie ‘The Hen that Left the Yard’, which has attracted over 2 million viewers.

Aside from historical dramas, most dramas use many foreign products, but ‘Protect the Boss’ has made sure that even the smallest of details contains domestic products, giving it the title of the ‘Best domestic brand promoting drama’.

In the early episodes of the drama, Dooli, the popular Korean cartoon character created by Kim Soo Jung in 1983, appears on Ji Hun (Ji Sung)’s boxers and CEO Cha (Park Young Gyu)’s community service scenes. The coffee shop that Ji Hun works part-time in is a chain store of ‘Holly’s Coffee’, a brand that began in Korea.

Even though CEO Cha’s DN Group is set as one of the biggest conglomerates in Korea, everyone uses the K7 car from a domestic brand and when Mu Won and Na Yoon (Wang Ji Hae) dine together, they usually meet in Korean restaurants rather than at Japanese or expensive Western restaurants. Even the tablet PC that Choi Kang Hee uses is domestic brand Samsung’s Galaxy Tab and the drink endorsed by the drama is Gwangdong Pharmaceutical’s Corn Husk Tea.

To this, netizens showed a positive response as they left comments like, “‘Protect the Boss’, in which there are no Japanese or Western influences, is truly the best domestic brand promoting drama,” and “Not only is it fun to watch, but it’s also true to Korea.”

110907 “Korea-Japan-U.S.” Kim Jaejoong’s Love For S-Boards Across Three Countries In Three Different Styles

Kim Jaejoong has recently been showing off athletic skills that surpass that of a normal idol. He’s able to maneuver S-boards freely and his love for S-boards is already well-known amongst his fans.
Kim Jaejoong, who has made his mark as a global star, showcased his affection for S-boards in Korea, the U.S. and Japan in three different styles.

Japanese paparazzi snapped a photo of Kim Jaejoong riding his S-board and printed it in a weekly magazine. Kim Jaejoong, who was riding the S-board in the park on his day off, was seen with a black hoodie and jeans and looked like a normal youth enjoying a day off. In the photo, Kim Jaejoong is seen maneuvering the S-board with ease, with one hand in his pocket and the other holding his phone as he conversed. His calm composure and confident expression proved that his skills at riding S-boards were above average.

Next was Kim Jaejoong’s S-board skills in the U.S. In what appears to be a rehearsal room, Kim Jaejoong is seen atop a S-board. It can be deduced that he was showcasing his skills during a break and it has been known that one of JYJ’s American backdancers took the photo.

Last of all are the skills Kim Jaejoong showcased in Korea. Kim Jaejoong, who is currently appearing in the drama ‘Protect the Boss’, was seen wearing a suit as he moved freely on the board. Different from his previous casual outfits when he rode the S-board, Kim Jaejoong’s formal wear tugged with more power at the heartstrings of women everywhere. The blue shirt that he wore matched with the blue color of the S-board, giving off the feel that the two were purposely matched and accentuating Kim Jaejoong’s good looks and style. The production company posted this photo of Kim Jaejoong enjoying his break on his S-board.

Kim Jaejoong is currently being praised with ‘Of course, it’s Mu-God’ for his ability to move freely on the S-board. His love for the board can be felt through the pictures of him on it that were taken as he traveled the world.

“You Fouled!” Cha Muwon Kicks Cha Jihun After Jihun Breaks Their Promise

At the Forehead Kiss of Boss Ji Sung and Choi Kanghee, Kim Jaejoong Gives a Kick of Fury

At the foul play of Ji Sung, Kim Jaejoong let fly a kick.

On the 11th episode of the SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss that aired on the 7th, Cha Jihun kissed Noh Eunsul on the forehead.

Cha Jihun while having a conversation with Noh Eunsul, perhaps because to his eyes Noh Eunsul looked lovely, said “I have a promise with Muwon but I’m going to have to do a foul” and proceeded to gift her a forehead kiss. Noh Eunsul stayed utterly frozen. Cha Jihun and Cha Muwon had agreed, as two men who both like Noh Eunsul, to contend battle on fair ground.

Cha Muwon, who attended the meal in which all of the family members gathered, went up to Cha Jihun’s room after the meal was over and started to finger the figurines. To such a Muwon, Cha Jihun asked: “Shall I give it to you?” Cha Muwon immediately answered: “Yes, give.”

Cha Muwon proceeded to keep asking Jihun for several more of the figurines. Continuing, he poked hard Cha Jihun’s stomach and also poked at the truth: “You fouled.” Cha Jihun whose conscience rebelled raised both of his arms to a defenseless position and said “hit me” in a voluntary surrender. Cha Muwon seemed to be just passing by such a Cha Jihun, but perhaps due to being unable to contain his fury, let fly a kick and then disappeared.

Jaejoong’s True Selflessness: Since “In Heaven” is JJ’s Creation, Expressed that YC or JS Should Star in the MV

Unlike many other artists of Korea, JYJ does not often get to appear in music videos, thus depriving them of a significant channel of promotion and artistic expression. In fact, their previous music video was released almost a whole year ago, in November of last year. Nonetheless, Jaejoong seems to have expressed the wish that because he was the one who created In Heaven, another of the JYJ members should star in the song’s music video. Jaejoong truly takes selflessness to another level, and we mere mortals can only wonder at it. All the more reason to support with all our heart this incredible human being and his two brothers in the future.

Actress Kim Jungeun Does Narration for In Heaven, the Title Song for JYJ’s New Album

Actress Kim Jungeun participates in In Heaven by providing narration for the song– the title song to JYJ’s first Korean-language album. Kim Jaejoong composed and wrote the lyrics for In Heaven. In the beginning of the song, a short narration of I love you was inserted. Kim Jaejoong evaluated that even though it is a short narration there must be emotion expressed in it, and is said to have relayed to the company that he wishes the narration to be done by a female actress with a good voice. C-JeS Entertainment, JYJ’s agency, said in a telephone conversation with 10 Asia that: “At Kim Jaejoong’s words the company was recruiting on our end, and the actress Kim Jungeun happily agreed. All JYJ members were happy and were truly thankful.”

Further, it is said that the [solo] appearance by JYJ member Kim Junsu in the In Heaven music video was a decision by the JYJ members. JYJ’s agency relayed: “Kim Jaejoong said that instead of himself appearing in a [music video for a] song that he created, he would like either Park Yoochun or Kim Junsu to appear. It is that all of the members agreed that the character of the synopsis and Kim Junsu were well-fitting and was so decided.” Kim Junsu has not acted in regular pieces such as dramas or movies but he has appeared in musicals including Mozart! and Tears of Heaven and is said to have steadily studied acting. Kim Junsu showed off a lover’s acting in collaboration with actress Song Jihyo and is said to have received good responses on the filming set as well. The full version of JYJ’s music video for In Heaven is planned to be released on the 15h.

Choi Kanghee Turns to Hit Muwon — But Stops: “This Director, I Just Can’t Hit.” Déjà vu? ^^

Really now, who could hit that face? >.<

Boss Choi Kanghee, Total Violence At Ji Sung – Kim Jaejoong Fight. Even Self-Infliction!

Noh Eunsul used violence against and threatened turn by turn the two directors Cha Jihun and Cha Muwon who were fighting against each other for her, and in the end even turned to harming(?) herself.

On the SBS drama Protect the Boss that aired on September 6th, Cha Jihun suggested to Noh Eunsul: “Noh Eunsul, you said that you don’t like the place where I am in. So, I am saying this—shall I go to your neighborhood instead?”

Cha Muwon, who appeared on the scene just in time, stepped in: “No, there is no need. Because I am going to change our neighborhood.” Cha Muwon and Cha Jihun then fought each other, saying each will go to Noh Eunsul’s neighborhood.

Noh Eunsul who was watching this shouted “both of you stop” and poured out undiscriminating violence onto Cha Jihun. Noh Eunsul who then turned to Cha Muwon and raised her hand as if to hit him said: “This director, I just can’t hit.” Then she said: “I am the most cowardly one. I am.” She then proceeded to hit her own face with her fist.

Cha Muwon and Cha Jihun were then shocked and asked her whether she was okay. Noh Eunsul babbled “did I hit you two as well” and hurriedly left, saying “I shall leave before I cause more trouble.”
On the other hand, in this episode Noh Eunsul and Cha Jihun showed off a sweet forehead kiss.

Cha Muwon to File a Lawsuit Against CEO Cha for Breach of Fiduciary Duty

[Background Information]

Originally, CEO Cha was acting as an advisor to Muwon’s mother Shin Sukhee with regards to her efforts to acquire a large distributor firm. Therefore, a principal-fiduciary relationship was created. A fiduciary owes, among others, the legal and legally enforceable duty of loyalty to his principal. The duty of loyalty requires the fiduciary to put the principal’s interest ahead of his own.

Despite this, CEO Cha, upon finding out that Shin Sukhee had turned one his executives onto her side without his knowledge, decided to interfere with Shin Sukhee’s efforts to acquire the distributor firm by aiding her adversary. As a result, Shin Sukhee was forced to pay a price for the distributor firm that was much higher than she would have paid if CEO Cha had not stepped into the acquisition battle.

In doing so, CEO Cha violated his fiduciary duty of loyalty owed to his principal Shin Sukhee and her corporation. Thus, Muwon is contemplating bringing suit to correct this injustice.

Kim Jaejoong of Protect the Boss. Against His Uncle Park Youngkyu Files Suit.

Cha Muwon has turned to lawsuit against his uncle CEO Cha.

On the 11th episode of the SBS Wed-Thursday drama Protect the Boss that aired on September 7, Cha Muwon rose in revolt against his uncle CEO Cha who had interfered with the acquisition of a distributing firm.
Cha Muwon confirmed with his mother Shin Sukhee as to “whether there is any scheme attempted without CEO Cha’s knowledge.” It is because CEO Cha mentioned that Shin Sukhee had first aimed to betray him. Shin Sukhee denied it, saying there was no such thing.

Cha Muwon said to CEO Cha: “You said that my mother was the one who committed the first mistake. I do not know exactly what kind of a mistake it was but I will apologize on behalf of her. I will also apologize for having behaved with impudence in front of you.”

Continuing, Cha Muwon asked him: “However, definitely your methods were wrong also. Therefore I have no choice but to use the same kind of methods against you. So, please, you stop first. Please straighten everything, even if only now.” But CEO Cha denied Cha Muwon’s plea.

Cha Muwon who returned to his office told his secretary the following and prepared the lawsuit: “I will file a lawsuit against CEO Cha. We need to evaluate exactly how far we had come (in our acquisition efforts) at the time that CEO Cha began to go forth with the Consortium.”
