110822 “Scent Of A Woman” To Hold Charity Concert On 11 September, JYJ Kim Junsu To Participate

The team from SBS TV drama “Scent of a Woman” will be holding a concert.

This performance will be themed as the “Children’s Cancer Charity Concert” and will be held from 6.30pm on 11 September, at the Olympic Gymnastics Arena. Tickets will be sold from 6pm on 23 August.

The television production crew and JYJ’s management company C-JeS will be jointly organizing this concert, and participants include Kim Junsu, who participated in the “Scent of a Woman” OST and made a surprise appearance as a popular singer with the same name, as well as JK Kim Dong Wook, Lee Young Hyun (Big Mama) and others.

Also, the main cast of the drama Lee Dong Wook, Kim Seon Ah will also be greeting the audiences, and all proceeds from this concert will be donated to children who are suffering from cancer.

JYJ member Kim Junsu, whose appeal is his rich vocals, will release his song from the Scent of a Woman OST, “You are so Beautiful” on August 5th.

110801 Kim Junsu’s OST And Cameo Appearance for ‘Scent Of A Woman’‏

Kim Junsu expressed his feelings towards his participation in the OST and cameo appearance of ‘Scent of A Woman’. In the 3rd episode of ‘Scent of A Woman’, the female lead’s OST “You are so beautiful” that was sang by Junsu, premiered.

On that day’s broadcast, the song appeared during the date of Yeon Jae (Kim Sun Ah) and Ji Wook (Lee Dong Wook) in Hokkaido and in the storyline on 31st, the OST was played when Yeon Jae was doing up her to-do list before her death.

Kim Junsu expressed his thoughts regarding his participation in the OST. “Although she was already being told that her days are numbered, the female lead firmly insisted on living the best out of her remaining days in the worst situation of her life. This setting deeply enticed me from the beginning.”

Additionally, Kim Junsu said, “Thanks to this drama that now I feel grateful for the ability to breathe, to live on this world, to the surrounding people and to feel precious for even the slightest daily minute things. JYJ’s Kim Junsu will be making his drama debut though a cameo in the upcoming SBS weekend drama, “Scent of a Woman“.

On July 21st, an Asia’s Star Xiah Junsu fan cafe representative revealed,

“Kim Junsu will be making a special cameo on ‘Scent of a Woman’. The relevant scene needs support as he will star as a popular singer who’s having a fan meeting.

Since the scene needs loud cheers, we welcome those who have loud voices or posters made .“

The scene will be filmed on July 28th, and approximately 400 fans will be in participating in the shot.

Meanwhile, ‘Scent of a Woman’ – which stars Kim Sun Ah and Lee Dong Wook – will air its first episode on July 23rd.
